Job Description

The ideal candidate is super passionate about pets and the building your portfolio in the pet industry.

In this role, the candidate will be responsible for managing our online e-commerce platforms and other digital sales channels. This includes handling orders, processing them, updating stock levels, and producing and running online promotions.

To excel in this role, the candidate is expected to;
  • Acquire an outward personality and ability to sustain conversations
  • Understand clients’ needs and wants
  • Identify and map business strengths and generate sales opportunities
  • Maintain good rapport and relationships with clients
  • Check and cross-reference all product listing(s) online
  • Generate & Processing Delivery Orders

The successful candidate will possess:
  • Minimum GCE ‘N’/’O’ Levels
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, insurance, property, pet, wholesale, logistics or supply chain
  • Proven track record of managing and experience with e-commerce
  • Good understanding of e-commerce business
  • Good management of different e-commerce platforms
  • Qualities such as swift-thinking, effective communication, multi-tasker, proactiveness & high business acumen
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • with the ability to translate marketing insights into actionable goals
