To excel in this role, the candidate is expected to;
  • Produce and create captivating videos for TikTok and Instagram that reflect our brand’s voice and align with our overall strategy.
  • Develop and implement content ideas including scripting, filming and editing.
  • Stay current with the latest social media trends, challenges, and updates across platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with the broader social media strategy.
  • Track and analyze the performance of social media content, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Contribute to brainstorming and conceptualizing new social media campaigns.
  • Be presentable and ready to be infront of the camera

The successful candidate will possess:
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree holder preferably in Marketing / Mass Communications / Business Administration / Data Analytics
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, insurance, property, pet, wholesale,, communications or consumer research
  • Good management of digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media & marketing mix
  • Abiliy to oversee online advertising campaigns, analysing data to optimize performance
  • Ability to handle pressurizing situations & perform in a fast paced environment
  • Qualities such as swift-thinking, effective communication, multi-tasker, proactiveness & high business acumen
  • Natural, presentable and confident on screen
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate marketing insights into actionable goals
  • Collaborative team player
